wurstküche

   I hate to admit this but Wurstküche is one of the only restaurants I've eaten at in Downtown LA. We were down there one night and "Yelp-ing" places to eat when we saw how many amazing reviews it had and decided to go. It's definitely a "hole in the wall" and you stand in a line on the sidewalk, walk in, order your crazy sausage (i.e. rattlesnake + rabbit or alligator + pork) and then walk back to a huge room of picnic tables complete with a DJ and all. Anyway, it's become one of my favorite places in all of LA and we decided to have lunch there yesterday after a wonderful morning of exploring the ins and outs of the fashion district. 

I also feel the need to mention that they have about 12 incredible dipping sauces, truffle fries, delicious beer and boxed water. The important things in life.
